V; his stepdaughters, Tonya Mendoza of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Carrie Mendoza of Bellefountaine and Amanda Mendoza of Columbus; his granddaughter Shian Locklear of Raymond; and his siblings, Joyce Jones of Huntington, Helen Weber of Columbus, Dallas Stephens of Wayne, Paul Stephens of Wayne, Adolphus Stephens of Wayne, Raymond Stephens of Wayne and Silas Stephens of Wayne.
