He was predeceased by: his father James Leonard; and his brother Don Thomas Rush. He is survived by: his wife Dee Rush of Marysville; his daughters, Lyndsay Rush of Bellefontaine and Shayla Wolf (Alex) of Huntsville; his stepchildren, Marcus Humble (Molly) of Delaware and Jennifer Bradford (Eric) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Ashton, Graham Humble and Adyson Bradford; and his brother Michael Rush (Jean) of Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Promedica Hospice and they may be sent to the funeral home.
