He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy J. Lewis and Ella Bessie Lewis; and his siblings, Dottie, John, Berl, Frances Cantrell, Goldie Skaggs, Wendy Vanover, Bonnie Sparks and Douglas Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Cordle Lewis; his children, Gregory Dale Lewis, Jeffrey Dean Lewis and Dana Kay Lewis; his grandchildren, Jessica Kathleen Campbell (Matthew), Nikia Hope Williams, Hunter Lewis and Bradley Mathis of Urbana, Ohio; and his great grandchild Braxton Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made on their behalf to the funeral home, to help with the unexpected expenses.
