We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023, at the age of 58, Tracy T. Goddard of Rayland, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail E. Goddard and Mary Beth Goddard (Bell); and her brother Harry Barbour. She is survived by: her siblings, Cindy Ciafardone, Sr. (Dave) of Rayland, Dee Drakulich (Dave Keller) of Navarre, OH, Lisa Huntington (Larry) of Steubenville, Dorothy Rhoades of Lodi, OH and John 'JJ Pickering of Smithfield; and her foster sister Marie Fleming of Wooster, OH. She is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, and great nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.
