Telek of Rayland, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Judy Yanda and Clyde Telek; and his uncle Daniel Telek. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew A. Telek and Elaina M. Telek (Yanda); his siblings, Marley Thompson (Chad) of Dillonvale, OH and Mitchel Telek (Jaymeson) of Plum Run; his grandmother Rose Telek of Plum Run; his aunt Lynnette; and his cousin Kim.
