He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Forrester (Steed); his stepchildren, Bobbi Dutcher (Dan Spurlock) and Jeff Bennett (Kathy Hagan); and his siblings, Gene Forrester (Cindy) and Katherine Beckett (Clyde). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
