She was predeceased by: her father Robert A. Mitchell, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Juanita Mitchell of Yorkville; her husband Charles D. Dwyer; her sons, Jeremy Dwyer (Ronni) of Rayland and Nathanial Dwyer; her siblings, Bob Mitchell of Mechanicsburg, Charles "Buddy" Mitchell of Martins Ferry, Adam Mitchell (Tammy) of Martins Ferry and Gretchen Helms (Michael) of Rayland; her grandsons, Ryder, Lane and Cash Dwyer of Rayland; and her close friend Tammy Krapa (Frank) of Brilliant.
