She was predeceased by: her father Mike Slezak; her husband Jerry Lucarelli; her son Jerry Lucarelli; and her siblings, Mike, Andy Slezak, Mary Kurtz and Ann Stillwagon.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Deluca (Larry) of Rayland, Donald "Bones" Lucarelli (Patricia) of Yorkville, OH, Gary "Cubby" Lucarelli (Barbara) of Adena, OH and Larry Lucarelli (Tina) of Harrisville, OH. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for memorial contributions to be made to charity, of your choice, in Sophie's name.
