He is survived by: his wife Robin Ellis Milner; his children, Tammi Weigand (Craig) of Findlay, OH, Scott Milner of Waterford, OH and Lori Pointer (Andy) of Marietta, OH.; his granddaughter Lydia Weigand of Findlay, OH.; his sister Janet Kidd; his brother-in-law Tom (Kelly); and his mother-in-law Patricia Ellis of Rayland, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ronald's memory to the American Heart Association, American Lung Association or The Wounded Warrior Project.
