He was predeceased by: his parents, Ealy Spencer and Beulah Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Gaylord Spencer (Terri), Dawn Spencer, Bryan Spencer (Laurie), Ryan Spencer (Shari) and Jared Spencer (Debbie); and his siblings, Helen Pahel (Frank), Herbert Spencer (Carol), Betty Forde (John), Albert Spencer (Bonnie), Dorothy Chapman and Shirley Spencer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
