He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Russell and Lucy Utzler (Brotherton); and his siblings, William Utzler, Donna Parrish and Jeanne Kishbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn McLeish; and his sister Marry Ellen Chipps (Richard) of Steubenville.
