He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Francis and Mildred Francis (Yater); his grandson Blake Richard Francis; and his siblings, Russell "Butch" Francis, Mary Soos and Shirley Orzolek.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Francis (Maizlik); his children, Ricky Francis (Tina) and Misty Francis (Danny LaCross); his sister Joyce McFadden; and his grandson Blayze Francis.
