She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harr and Ada Harr (Smith); and her brother James Harr. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Ciafardone Jr. Mingo Jct and David Ciafardone (Cindy) of Rayland. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
