It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Pearl Finney of Rayland, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Joseph; and her grandparents, Eldred Lee Finney, Loretta Mae Gschwender Finney and Lola Pearl Hartline (May). She is survived by: her son Daniel Finney (Renee); her grandsons, Tyler Mostia and Nathan Finney; and her siblings, Michael Finney (Gail), Timothy Finney (Sharon), Cecilia Biram (Rick) and Christina Franks (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
