Joyce Ann Fowler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ann Fowler of Rayland, Ohio, who passed away on July 30, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Bud" Brown; and her husband John Harrison Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Jon "JC" Fowler (Christina) of Boardman, Dr. Angela Hicks (Anthony) of Mt. Pleasant, Amy Burkhead of Rayland, Chrissy and Missy Blattenberger; her grandchildren, Cory, Jessica, Timothy, Michael, Cassie and Amber; and her siblings, Margie Doan (Raymond) of Rayland, Charles Brown (Paula) of Moundsville and Tom Brown (Lori) of Dillonvale. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
