He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sudvary and Anna Sudvary; his wife Ellen Christina "Chris" Sudvary; his son Joseph; and his sister Patricia Brower.
He is survived by: his children, John M. Sudvary (Missy) and April Donbeck (Andy); his grandchildren, Andrew Mussard (Alex), Jade Donbeck (Michael), Shelby Ogden and Joseph Donbeck (Ariel); his great grandchildren, Mathew, Colton and Rylee; his grandson Archie; and his brother Charles Sudvary.
