He is survived by: his mother Ida Cominsky (Hayman); his wife Kelly Sempkowski; his daughters, Johnette "Nik" Papp (Mike) and Janna Schorr (Ryan); his stepchildren, Stormie Snider, Alex Blakely and Ethan Horvath; his siblings, Tom "Ding" Cominsky (Tammy), Tammy Kotera (Butch), Donald Sempkowski (Betty), Scott Cominsky (Amanda) and Curtis Sempkowski; his grandsons, Ian Schorr, Mason Walton and Winston Lightener; and his pets, Niko, Marvin, Buttons, CiCi, Annie and Moo.
