He is survived by: his wife Christina Frank (Neuman); his children, Elizabeth Frank of Rayland and John Frank Jr. of Rayland; and his siblings, Tim Frank (Melinda) of Dillonvale, Barbara Frank of Bridgeport, Susan Burris (Bill) of St. Clairsville, Sebastian Frank of Columbus, Cindy Lee of Sparta, OH and Roger J. Frank of Watertown, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
