He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Telek and Virginia Telek (Reinagle); his son Daniel Telek; and his siblings, Theresa Telek, Barbara Baker and Leslie Telek.
He is survived by: his wife Rose A. Telek (Walter); his son Matthew Telek (Elaina) of Rayland; his daughter-in-law Lynette Telek of Mt. Vernon, OH; his grandchildren, Tim Telek, Kim Nixon, Marley Thompson and Mitchel Telek; and his brothers, Julius Telek (Barbara) of Rayland and Lenny Telek (Linda) of Rayland.
