He is survived by: his son Kurt Hood (Maria Leasure) of Bellaire; his aunts, Wilma Hiam of Rayland, Ohio, Janet Lovell of Rayland, Ohio and Marie Trigg (Hood) of Dillonvale; and his uncle Tom Hood (Edith) of Rayland, Ohio.
Memorial contributions will benefit the Urban Mission of Steubenville, Ohio or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
