He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Milhorn and Elsie Milhorn (Ramp); his wife Patricia Milhorn (Vargo); and his siblings, George Milhorn and Marion Neale.
He is survived by: his close friend Lori Nieb; his children, Robert "Bruce" Jr. (Lisa), Tom Milhorn (Chris), Tina Mullins (Thad) and Heather Kornetti; his siblings, Tom Milhorn (Sue) and Helen Morris (John); and his grandchildren, Krista, Dave, John, Samantha, David, Shawn, Nikki and Gage. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
