She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Hale and Perlia Shepherd Hale; her former husband Chester Stevens; and her brother Johnny Hale. She is survived by: her daughters, Helen McIntosh (Ken), Mary Betts (Lonnie), Patricia Yates (Aric) and Rita Lantz (Jim); and her siblings, Elisa Hutchison, Eldrid Hale, Sandy Jenkins, Nora Dixon, Wilbur Hale, Cynthia Jenkins and Judy Doles. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
