She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Marge Cook; her granddaughter Cate Cook Green (Jonathan) of Atlanta; her great grandchild John Jackson Green; her great-nieces, Cheryl Andrassy (Frank), Cathryn Thompson (Jim) of Raleigh, N. C, Melodie Phillips and Crossroad Hospice; and also Janet.
