He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Doles and Clara M. Fenneman Doles; his wife Mary Anne Farabee Doles; and his grandson Wayne Eric Rutter. He is survived by: his children, Linda Kay Frazier (Richard) of Ray, Dorothy Anne Harper (Gerald) of Ray and Robert "Bob" Doles (Julie) of Ray; his grandchildren, Mary Ellen Daniel, Kelly Jo Seymour (Jimmy), Deborah Dexter (Thomas), Gerald Harper (Tischa), Elizabeth Hurst (Josh) and Robert Doles II; and his nephew Keith Doles (Myra) of Buckeye Lake. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (35107 Fairview Rd, Ray, OH 45672).
