He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lawson Hollingshead and Ella Mae Sprouse Hollingshead; his wife Donna Marie Hollingshead; his daughters, Connie Lou Hollingshead and Carolyn Crabtree; and his siblings, Betty Wholaver, Dorothy Allen, Judy Hughes, Cindy Saltsman, Robert, Larry, Gene, William, Don, Jerry and Ray Hollingshead.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Arthurs, Scott Myers, Rick Hollingshead, Thomas Hollingshead, James Hollingshead and Robert Hollingshead; and his sister Wanda Robertson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
