He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Wade and Forrest Wade (Lisk); his wife Mary Wade (McNutt); his son-in-law Tom Bartlett; his grandson-in-law James Kimple; and his great grandchild Jaxon Tryon.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Wade (Linda) of Lancaster, Rhonda Bartlett of Ray, Regina Walker (Phil) of Anna and Relinda Kessler (Keith) of Amanda; his grandchildren, Amber Tryon (Christian), Michael Hedrick (Tiffany), Josh Hicks (Julie), Landon Spangler, Haley Hedrick (Alan Randolph), Phillip Walker, Wade Kessler and Toni Bartlett; and his siblings, David Wade (Jean) of Kentucky and Nancy King (Gene) of Somerset. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
