He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Timothy Puckett (Jackie) of Ray, Jeffrey Puckett (Missy) of Londonderry, Linda Ault (Mark) of Chillicothe, Barbara Sergent of Londonderry and Nancy Puckett of Londonderry; his grandchildren, Aaron, Rebecca, Michaela, Casey, Corey, Adam, Michelle and Brad; his great grandchildren, Fisher, Rhett, Miles, Laney, Gretchen and Harry; and his siblings, Samuel Puckett of Chillicothe, Mary Ann Ragland of Miamisburg, Lois Peoples of Dundas and Joyce Huff of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
