He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Brauneller and Rhoda Brauneller (Marquart); his sister Wilma Kinn; and his niece Rose Devore (Dave). He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Culver (Douglas) of Findlay and Penny Gary (Allen) of Rawson; his grandchildren, Anthony Culver, Amanda Conley, Ashley Howard, Meagan Hammer and Rachel Tagoe; and his sisters, Diane Malz of Kentucky, Mary Brown of Rawson and Karen Hartman of Findlay. He is also survived by twelve beautiful great-grandchildren.
