He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Crisp and Vernal Crisp of Kenton, Ohio.. He is survived by: his children, Michael Crisp (Ashley) of Spencerville, Sarah Ricker (Keith) of Ottawa, Anna Schroeder (Garrick) of Columbus Grove and Samuel "Rocket" Crisp of Bluffton; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Rylee and Chase Crisp of Spencerville.
In lieu of gifts and flowers, it was Mike's wish that donations benefit the musical education of his grandchildren, present and future.
