He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Doty and Reva Doty (Habegger). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Doty of Rawson; his children, Christopher Doty of Findlay, Cheryl Doty of Westerville and Charla Mayhew (Jacob) of Columbus; and his siblings, Marlene Johnson (Howard) of Springboro, Ohio and Don Doty (Jane) of Rawson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
