He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bartram; his wife Sandra Brunty; his children, Timothy Bartram and Tearesa McNeely; and his brothers, Charles, Jerry and Gary Bartram.
He is survived by: his sons, James Bartram (Kristy) of Rawson and Randy Bartram of Williamson, WV; his siblings, Larry Bartram of Blair, WV, Eddie Bartram of Blair, WV and Diana Prichard of Hamden, OH; and his grandchildren, Tyler Sutphin, Brianna Bartram, Brooke Bartram, Dakotah Pearce, Amber Pearce, Charity Pearce, Adrianna Browning, Thomas McNeely, Brandon McNeely and Mia McNeely. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
