She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernesto Sr. Hernandez and Guadalupe Hernandez (Reyes); her former husband John Meiseman; her husband Charles "Chuck" Carnes; and her siblings, Carlos Hernandez, Ernesto Hernandez Jr. and Irma Hardy.
She is survived by: her children, Joshua Meiseman (Ellinor) of Sweden and Ajay Reyna (Erica) of Baraboo, WI; her grandchild Morgan Meiseman; her stepdaughters, Vanessa Carnes and Victoria Lauck; her stepgrandchildren, Rilee, Charlie Lauck, Sydney and Arthur Carnes; her siblings, Yolanda Shively (Bernard) of Leipsic, Jerry Hernandez (Tamar) of Deshler and Linda Hernandez of Lakewood; and her siblings-in-law, Yolanda Hernandez of Findlay and Dennis Hardy of Leipsic. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
