She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Vanlue and Helen Vanlue (Johnson); and her sister Betty Armentrout. She is survived by: her husband Kavin "Jake" Welch; her children, Mary Snodgrass, Elisha Holladay (Jeff), Hanna Welch and Joshua Welch (Kristen); her grandchildren, Kaleb Snodgrass, Audree Montgomery, Mason Searls, Kenadee Holladay, Troy Nungester, Cayden Welch, Emma Nungester, Jaden Holladay, Ethan Welch, Joseph Holladay and Jackson Welch; and her sisters, Glenna Vanlue Dawson and Glenda Sonnett.
Memorial contributions in Pinky's honor may be made to a Charity of the Donor's choice.
