He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Buttles and Marge Buttles (Sumner); and his friends, Larry, Virgel and Hank Hensley.
He is survived by: his former wife June Freeman (Buttles); his daughters, Angie Buttles (Denny Jarrett) and Carrie Harbor (Allen); his former wife Lucinda Reynolds; his stepchildren, Taylor Reynolds (Kelsey), Hallie Freeman (Sara Eicher) and Shelia Wilson (Liz); his brothers, Mike Buttles of Gardnerville, NV and Andy Buttles of Placerville, CA; and his close friends, Wilbur St. Myer of Rawson, John Richenback of Findlay and Tim "Sarge" Fenner of Findlay. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Dale's name may be made to a Charity of the Donor's choice.
