He was predeceased by: his parents, James C Shambach and Anna B Shambach (Young); his son-in-law David Roper; his siblings, Bernadette, Ruth King (Delbert), Esther Whorley (Cork), Mildred Pishney, Catherine Shewell, George, Howard (Vera), Jim (Lynn) and Larry (Alice Mae); and also Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Allman); and his children, Gail Roper, Russell Shambach Jr., Ronald Shambach (Donna), Linda Shambach-Ruff (Kurt) and Beth Hauser (Mike). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
