She is survived by: her significant other Chris Smith; her parents, Loretta Bender and Jim Bender; her friends, Bruce and Paula Wilson; her grandchildren, Eliana, Rowen, Kayden, Titus, Temprence, Shimon and Joel; and her close friend Kai.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Summa Cooper Cancer Center or Summit County Humane Society.
