He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Palmisano (Anthony) and Jeffrey Medina; his siblings, Montessia Bryan (Michael), Mike Medina (Lindsey) and Wesley Medina (Alicia); his grandparents, Fran Swaney (Jerry) and Ed Fisher (Jean); and his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Natalee, Gaby, Naomee, Nikos, Zane and Grace. He is also survived by many Aunts & Uncles.
