She is survived by: her son Dexter L.; her daughter-in-law Leslie Worthy Jr. of Kent; and her sisters, Nancy Palmer of Orange, TX and Faith Kassinger (Patrick) of Munroe Falls, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
