She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Liptak and Mary Liptak (Stanislaw); her husband Jacob Urchek; and her brother Richard Liptak. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Moore, Diane Coe, Mark Urchek, Gary Urchek and Gregory Urchek (Karen); her grandchildren, Jason, Brittany, Vanessa, Aaron and Jared; and her great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Lincoln, Leo, Logan, Zoe and Liam.
