She is survived by: her children, Wayne Stark, David Stark, Courtney Vail and Michael Stark; her siblings, Susan Palmer, Courtney Shaw, Darrel Shaw, Blair Shaw, Priscila McKinney and Julie Shaw; and her brother-in-law Mike Repko.
