He was predeceased by: his parents, Herlin Smith and Bessie Smith (Weible); his former wife Marty Smith; his great grandchild Matthew Eric Smith; and his siblings, Ernie, Dave and Leoris.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Smith (Mehling); his children, Don Smith (Nancy), Ron Smith and Kim Smith; his grandsons, Josh Smith (Maria), Matt Smith (Colleen) and Andy Smith (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Graham, Emma, Ellie and Ethan; and his siblings, Dorothy Kelley, Betty Beaver (Ralph) and Herlin Smith Jr.. He is also survived by his five step-children, and many loving family and friends.
