She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Collins and Mary Collins (Ullom); and her siblings, Lola "Midge" Hughes, Winona Wilson, Leona Ann Williams (Sonny), Darrel Franklin Collins, James "Buck" Collins (Shirley) and Chester "Butch" Collins (Kathy).
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Savage (Paul) and JT Kelley (Michelle); her stepdaughter Stacey Henderson (Mike); her grandchildren, Ashly Nall (Ryan), Taylor Butler, Lyla Kelley and Aubree Kelley; her great grandchildren, Jackson Nall and Jade Nall; her siblings, Ardis Mortimer (Dave), Irene Shaffer (Richard), Anita, Mary Pritchard (Frank), Pam Oostdyk (Tom), Mark Wilson and Mary Adams; and her sister-in-law MaryKaye Ehler (Ron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
