He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alva and Thelma Lee; and his siblings, James Michael and Beverly Ann. He is survived by: his daughter Cocker Spaniels; his pets, Kennedy, Toby and Sofia; his wife Debbie; his daughters, Tawnya Bosko (Mark) and Alyssa Ferraro (Paul); his grandson Graham Jeffrey; and his siblings, Brian and Karen North. He is also survived by friends, love of animals and devotion to his daughters and wife.
