She is survived by: her children, Patrick Custer, Kimberly Custer, Angel Slaughter, Breanna Slaughter (Star) and Terry Slaughter; her grandchildren, Hannah, Ava May and Myron; her husband Adam Slaughter; her mother Ruby Davis; and her siblings, Cheryl Kulesh, Elizabeth Davis and William Davis. She is also survived by three nephews, her niece, and many cousins.
