Gallegos of Ravenna, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fouts and Ruth Fouts (Cain); her husband Michael "Mickey" Gallegos; and her brothers, Roger, Kenneth and James Fouts.

She is survived by: her son Brian Gallegos (Danielle). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family, and good friends.
