He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton Roark and Elaine Lively Roark; his son Phillip "Mickey" Roark; and his siblings, Bill Roark, Mary Lorinza and Caroline Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Roark (Douglas); his children, Mary Catherine Roark, Harold Wade Roark Jr. and William Hamilton Roark; his stepchildren, George Todorovich, Sue Stachowski (Brian) and Jason Todorovich; and his siblings, Peppie Atha (George), Minnie Zerucha (John) and Butch Roark. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren and all of his loving great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
