He is survived by: his wife Annette Dowling (Moore); his children, Heather Byerly (Paul), Charlotte Klein (Rhett), Stephanie Stumbaugh (Paul), Dan Dowling (Michele) and Jerry Dowling (Kaycie Greathouse); his siblings, Jack Dowling, Jim Dowling (Margie) and Mary Ann Tribbia (Joe); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Dowling and Marge Dowling. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
