We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2022, at the age of 84, Elsie M. Dean (Ravenna, Ohio), born in Clay, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Estle West (Pete); her husband Robert Dean; her children, Richard Dean, James Dean and Donna Brannon; and her siblings, Ermal West, Lee West, Eldon West and Ines Dobbins.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Dean of Shalersville and Ronald Dean of Mobile, Alabama; her siblings, Ernest West (Carol) of Ripley, Orville West (Bobbie) of Garrettsville and Doris Jean Maur (Harold) of Freedom Township, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Teddy West of Garrettsville. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
