She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Schwab and Cordelia Schwab; her husband William E. Blank; her grandson John Andrews; her siblings, William Schwab, Alvin (Helen Schwab) and Ethelyn (Ed Socha); and her close friend William "Duke" Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Lana (Thomas).
