She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ridenour and Helen L. Ridenour (Deneman); her husband Arthur J. Blair; and her siblings, Janet Young and William Ridenour.

She is survived by: her children, Glenn G. Burkey, Sue E. Burkey and Brett W. Burkey (Vickie); her stepchildren, Connie Mead, Arthur Blair Jr. (Roxanne) and Edward Blair (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Jessie Burkey (Bonnie), William Burkey (Amber), Patricia Burkey, Brandon Burkey and Stephanie Burkey. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

She had a rare blood type and donated hers on a regular basis.
